Does this replace our photo consent policy?
It works alongside it. Protected photos remove the identifiable face, which many schools use to publish more freely — but you should still follow your own consent and safeguarding policies.
Are original photos stored?
No. Originals are never stored. Only the protected copies you choose to save are kept in your private library.
Can we process a whole class photo at once?
Yes. Every face is detected automatically, and you can deselect any face that doesn't need protecting — staff in the shot, for example.
Does AI keep children looking like children?
